NORMAN — Smartphone users can more easily stay in touch with what's going on in the Norman School District, thanks to a new app for Android phones and Apple iPhones.
Although a few school districts across the nation have mobile apps, Norman school officials believe the district is the first to provide an app for both types of phones with push notification features and free downloads, all at no cost to the district or app users.
